AgencyZoom Leads Available through Risk Profile Search
When searching for applicants in RiskProfile, you can now see and select both AgencyZoom Customers and Leads directly from the search field. This integration allows you to pull in existing client data to streamline your quoting process.

Lead Source
Lead comments → Risk Profile notes
Business Leads
Business Leads from AgencyZoom will no longer update from RiskAdvisor. Since RiskAdvisor focuses exclusively on personal lines insurance, business leads are filtered out to prevent data conflicts between personal and commercial insurance workflows.
This ensures personal lines RiskProfiles don't overwrite commercial insurance data in AgencyZoom, maintaining clean data separation between personal and commercial lines.
Carrier Mapping
To ensure carriers are correctly synchronized between RiskAdvisor and AgencyZoom, you'll need to configure carrier mapping.
