How to Set Up the AgencyZoom Integration in QuoteForms

We're excited to introduce native integration between RiskAdvisor's QuoteForms and AgencyZoom—completely eliminating the need for Zapier!

This help guide walks you through how to set up the integration, customize pipelines, assign leads, and leverage automation for a smoother quote intake process.


🧩 What’s New?

  • Direct integration with AgencyZoom—no third-party tools required.

  • Customize pipelines, tags, and assignment rules per QuoteForm.

  • Automatically sync opportunities and assignments between RiskAdvisor and AgencyZoom.


📍 Step-by-Step: Setting Up the Integration

1. Open a QuoteForm

Navigate to any QuoteForm in your RiskAdvisor dashboard and click Edit.

2. Locate the AgencyZoom Integration Panel

At the bottom right-hand corner, you’ll see the AgencyZoom Integration settings.

⚠️ If you haven't enabled AgencyZoom yet, it will default to your team’s pipeline settings.

3. Choose Your Pipeline

You can use the default team pipeline or toggle it OFF to assign a specific pipeline for this QuoteForm.

  • Click the dropdown and select the desired pipeline (e.g., “New Business,” “Website Leads,” etc.)

4. Add Tags

Tags help organize and trigger actions in AgencyZoom.

  • A default tag like Submitted via RA/QuoteForms will appear.

  • You can add more (e.g., New Lead, Auto, Home) by typing and pressing Enter.

5. Assign to a User or Group

Set how leads from this form are assigned in AgencyZoom:

  • Assigned User: Pick a specific team member.

  • Assignment Group: Use a round-robin group set up in AgencyZoom.

When you assign using a round-robin group, RiskAdvisor will sync the assigned user back from AgencyZoom and apply it to the Risk Profile—keeping everything aligned.

6. Save Your Changes

Click Edit QuoteForm to save your settings.

🎉 Done! Your QuoteForm is now fully integrated with AgencyZoom.

🧠 Bonus: Auto-Create Opportunities

If your QuoteForm includes lines of business, we'll automatically generate opportunities in AgencyZoom based on those inputs—so your pipeline stays full and organized.

  • Customize each QuoteForm: Different pipelines and tags for web leads vs. referral sources = smarter routing.

  • Use assignment groups: Round-robin works great for distributing volume fairly.

  • Review tag logic: Tags can trigger automations or filtering in AgencyZoom.
