How to set up your AgencyZoom Integration

Step 1: Go to the AgencyZoom Integrations Page

Step 2: Enter Login Information

You will need to enter your email and your AgencyZoom Password.

Click Save

Step 3: You will select between Single or Multiple Pipelines

Multiple Pipelines allows you to select the pipeline per team member on the next page.

We are planning a change that will allow you to set up a default for the pipeline you would like to send leads to but then be able to change it per Risk Profile. Please vote or comment on this here: Reconfigure Handling of Multiple Pipelines for AgencyZoom

Step 4: Pipeline Stage

If Prospect Found Stage

This stage will be if the prospect is already found in AgencyZoom and you want to update it to a new stage.

If Prospect is Not Found Stage

This stage will be if the prospect is not found in AgencyZoom which will allow you to decide which stage to create the lead in.

Step 5: Location

This gives you the ability to select the Location that will be listed on leads that are updated or created from RiskAdvisor.
