How to set up tags to be sent to AgencyZoom

In RiskAdvisor, there are 3 scenarios where you can add a tag in AgencyZoom. All 3 scenarios do support multiple tags being added.

Scenario 1: “Can we text you?” is “Yes”

This tag will be added to a lead updated or created from RiskAdvisor to AgencyZoom to notate that you have received a verbal confirmation that you are allowed to text a client or prospect.

Scenario 2: “Can we text you?” is “No”

This tag will be added to a lead updated or created from RiskAdvisor to AgencyZoom to notate that you have received a verbal confirmation that you are not allowed to text a client or prospect.

Please ensure to check TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) laws regarding texting.

Scenario 3: All Risk Profiles

This tag will be added to all leads updated or created from RiskAdvisor to AgencyZoom. This is a great way to be able to track in AgencyZoom which lead has been updated or created from RiskAdvisor.
