Submission Rate Limits ⛔

To reduce spam and improve form reliability, we've added rate limiting for submissions.

Here’s what to know:

• You can only send a form 5 times per hour from the same internet connection (IP address).

• If you go over the limit, you’ll see this message:

  “Too many submissions. Please wait before submitting again.”

💡This applies to both draft and final submissions, and is scoped per form + per IP address.

Fixing Submission Errors 🔧

If a prospect reports issues submitting a form:

1. Ask if they’ve submitted multiple times recently.

2. If so, have them wait one hour and try again.

3. Confirm they’re not on a shared IP (e.g., office network) where others may be submitting.

Errors will now clearly state when the issue is related to rate limiting, instead of showing a generic failure.
