Property Data Prefill is a great way to make life easier for you and your team. As soon as you enter (& confirm an address via Google) you will see a majority of the Property Details Section prefilled for you instantly.

Data is based on county assessor sites and is not guaranteed to be returned. On average we see 7 to 10 fields prefilled.

How to determine how many Property Data Prefills remain in your account

To view the usage of your account visit the Property Data Prefill Settings Page here

You will find your pulls remaining here and if the number is negative that means that you will be charged for those pulls (ex. -5 * $.50 = $2.50).

How to deactivate Property Data Prefill in your account

If you would like to remove the Property Data Prefill feature in your account you can do so from the Property Data Prefill Settings Page here

You will simply uncheck the checkbox next to Activate
