Learn how to turn on the Call-in Quote Request Form and share it with your team. This takes about five minutes.
What this form is for
The Call-in Quote Request Form captures a phone lead and starts a quote in RiskAdvisor. Anyone on your team can use it, including front-desk staff who only answer calls.
Turn on and open the form settings
Go to Account Settings, then Form Settings.
Open the Call-in Quote Request Form tab.
Review the default questions on the form.
Copy the form's unique link from the link box.
Share the form with your team
Logged-in staff can open the form anytime at app.riskadvisor.insure/call-in-quote.
The unique link opens the form without a login. Give it to a receptionist or front-desk staffer to use during a call.
What the form collects
Name, phone, email, and best contact method
Lines of coverage the caller wants [needs verification: label]
Address
Who to assign the quote to. Leave this blank to notify the agency owner.
How they heard about you, notes, and file uploads
When form customization is on, the form also shows referral fields: the referring employee's name and email, and a "can we contact the client directly" option. You can make these required or optional.
The form creates a RiskProfile for auto, home, and umbrella requests. Other lines of business are saved to the submission notes and included in the email for reference.
What happens after a submission
The assigned person, or the agency owner, receives an email.
The email links straight to the new RiskProfile.
You can also send new submissions to your CRM using the Zapier trigger.
