Send leads from a legacy QuoteForm to AgencyZoom with the pipeline, stage, tags, and owner you choose.
Warning: This works with legacy QuoteForms only. Custom QuoteForms don’t currently send to AgencyZoom.
Before you begin
Your team must have the AgencyZoom integration connected. See Set up the AgencyZoom integration.
Open the form's AgencyZoom settings
Go to QuoteForms.
Open the settings for a legacy QuoteForm by clicking the gear icon.
Scroll to the AgencyZoom Integration panel.
Turn on sending
Switch on Send generated RiskProfiles to AgencyZoom.
When this switch is off, nothing from this form goes to AgencyZoom. RiskAdvisor still creates the RiskProfile and sends email notifications.
Choose the pipeline and stages
Use team's pipeline settings is on by default. The form then uses your team's pipeline and stage.
To set them for this form only:
Turn off Use team's pipeline settings.
Select a Pipeline.
Select an If prospect found stage.
Select an If prospect not found stage.
RiskAdvisor uses the found stage when it has sent this client to AgencyZoom before. New leads use the not-found stage.
Set the lead source
Select an AgencyZoom Lead Source.
The lead source tells AgencyZoom where each lead came from, so you can see which forms bring in business. Select the source you want attached to every lead from this form.
Add tags
Type a tag in the tags field.
Press Enter to add it.
RiskAdvisor also sends your team-wide tags and an automatic SUBMITTED VIA QUOTEFORM tag. See Use AgencyZoom tags in RiskAdvisor.
Assign a user or group
Assigned User: one team member gets every lead from this form.
Assignment Group: leads rotate through a round-robin group set up in AgencyZoom.
Leave this set to -- None -- to use the form's own Assigned to value.
Note: When AgencyZoom creates a new lead, RiskAdvisor copies the assigned user back to the RiskProfile. This happens for every new lead, from any source. It does not happen when an existing lead is updated.
Save your changes
Click the Edit QuoteForm button at the bottom of the form.
Changes apply to future submissions only.
Abandoned forms
If a visitor starts a QuoteForm but does not finish, RiskAdvisor sends the draft to AgencyZoom after 15 minutes.
The lead gets an Abandoned Lead tag instead of the submission tag. Use it to build a separate automation in AgencyZoom. See AgencyZoom's guide to building automation for sales pipelines.
What gets sent to AgencyZoom
Each submission creates or updates an AgencyZoom lead with the client's contact details, address, lead source, owner, pipeline, stage, and tags.
RiskAdvisor also adds a note with every question and answer from the form, grouped by section.
If the form includes auto insurance, drivers and vehicles are sent too. Opportunities are created only for lines mapped on Policies Mapping. These follow the lead and can take a moment to appear.
