QuoteForms 📝
In November, we launched QuoteForms, a client-facing, user-friendly version of RiskAdvisor. This feature allows prospects to:
Start Your Quote: Enables clients to input necessary information for Home & Auto quotes, with options to select additional lines of business.
Import Your Insurance: Redirects clients to PolicyLink (or a preferred method) to log into their current carrier, providing policy data and declarations pages.
Have Us Call You: Allows clients to request a callback by selecting desired lines of business and providing contact information.
PolicyLink 🔗
In May, we introduced PolicyLink, enabling prospects and customers to log into their current carrier accounts and provide agents with policy and declarations pages. This feature automatically generates a draft Risk Profile with contact information, current carrier details, driver and vehicle information, and relevant documents.

Integrations 🧩
Gaya Integration: Launched in June, this integration allows users to utilize Gaya’s Super-Copy & Super-Paste functionality, automatically sending Risk Profile data to their Chrome Extension.
Zapier Enhancements: Throughout the year, we added new triggers and actions, such as creating notes for Risk Profiles and automating processes when a PolicyLink is completed, facilitating seamless data flow between RiskAdvisor and other applications. Easily send Home and Auto quotes directly to QuoteRUSH straight from RiskAdvisor and other applications.

General Improvements 🌟
We made several user experience enhancements over the course of the year
Billing Module: Introduced in September, this module provides a centralized location to manage your RiskAdvisor plan, monitor usage, and handle billing details.
Custom Discovery Questions: Enabled in May, agencies can now add and manage custom discovery questions within their RiskAdvisor settings, allowing for tailored data collection.
UI/UX Enhancements: Implemented various improvements, including side-by-side layouts for driver and vehicle forms, additional occupation options, and standardized toggle buttons for certain fields to enhance usability.
