A sample email for Form Abandonment
Setup for Form Abandonment Recovery Notifications can be enabled in the QuoteForm Settings Menu here:
Once toggled on for this particular QuoteForm, users can choose existing or new emails as the recovery email destination for the Form Abandonment Email.
Once a lead has entered in the required information:
First Name
Middle Name
Last Name
Phone
Email
Preferred Contact Method
If leads do not complete the form or become inactive for an extended period of time, the Form Abandonment process will start.
New clients and draft RiskProfiles are automatically created once the form has been abandoned to ensure your producers are ready to start conversations with the lead immediately.
The following fields will be collected and added to the client/RiskProfile:
First Name
Middle Name
Last Name
Phone
Email
Preferred Contact Method
Users assigned to the QuoteForm in the Enable step above will be notified with the Form Abandoned email.
