Centralized Credits for Data Pulls

We have made the move from individual pulls of each type of data pull to a centralized system of credits to make billing easier and more transparent. This will help your agency leverage the included credits more effectively if you are using certain types of data pulls more than others.
How much are credits?
A credit is equal to $1 with volume discounts available.
When will I be charged?
You will only be charged credits when a data pull is successful. If we are not able to fulfill the specific request, you will not be charged for the pull.
How are you charged for each type of data pull?
When will my card be charged?
You will be charged for overages in increments of 25 credits which is equal to $25. Any overages will be charged after your included allotment runs out and any overage-charged credits will rollover monthly.
