Step 1: Trigger - QuoteForm Submitted

Best practice is to do a submission on yourself so you have test data available.

Channel: Select the channel that you would like this notification to be sent to.

Step 3: Map data from QuoteForm Submission

TIP: As you type these in, you will see the options reduce. Once their is only one option left you will click on the option that is being displayed.

Next to Name: you will type /Client First Name space /Client Last Name

Next to Phone: you will type /Client Phone Number

Next to Email: you will type /Client Email

Next to Contact Preference: you will type /Client Contact Preference

Next to Source: you will type /Client Agency Zoom Lead Source OR /Client Other Lead Source

This will be based on if you have the AgencyZoom integration or not

Next to Lines of Business: you will type /Lines of Business

Next to Address: you will type /Data Personal Details Step 4 Address Full Address

Next to New Purchase: you will type /Data Home Insurance Property Address Is This A New Purchase

This will not always be filled and will not be filled if the Submission Type is Have Us Call You

Next to Closing Date: you will type /Data Home Insurance Property Address When Do You Close on Your New Home

Next to Type of Submission: you will type /Submission Type
