Let's take a look at How to Create a Renewal in RiskAdvisor in under 60 seconds.
(RiskAdvisor Tip: If you need to edit a Risk Profile this is the easiest way to do so)

Step 1: Navigate to the intended Client Profile

Click on the Risk Profiles tab. Here you will click on the 3 dots and select "Create Renewal"

You will see a confirmation pop up, you will just need to select "Confirm" to continue

Step 2: Review and update existing data inside for the selected Risk Profile.

I recommend focusing on the following sections:

  • Discounts

  • Exposures

  • Updates

  • Coverage Details

Step 3: Change to Renewal/Rewrite

On the Review & Send page, you will change the "Type of Business" to "Renewal/Rewrite"

Step 4: You will have the following options based on how your account is setup

  • Send to Virtual Assistant

  • Send to Brokers

  • Send to your Rater

    • EZLynx

    • QuoteRush

    • PL Rating

Step 5: Review or add attachments

Any attachments originally attached to the Risk Profile will be associated with the renewal for you. You will have the option to send it to your Virtual Assistants / Brokers (if applicable)

It's that easy to to create a renewal and get a Risk Profile back out to be reworked for a renewal.
