A Virtual Assistant does not have to be the traditional usage of a Virtual Assistant. It can be anyone that you would like to designate as the one to receive your quote requests for data entry.
How to add a Virtual Assistant/Team Member to your account
Fill Out Onboarding Form
Fill Out the Following Sections
Your Agency Information
You Virtual Assistant information
Your Rater (if applicable)
Your Carriers
Verify Email Template
Please review the provided email template below and let us know if you'd like to see any changes to this template
Subject Line:

Please provide a quote request for the attached Home Risk Profile with the following carriers:

Examples of some changes you can make:
- Include your preferred method of contact (Email, Slack, Teams, etc)
- Instruct your VA to add email, PDFs, Quotes, etc to Agency Management System
- Instruct your VA to add email, PDFs, Quotes, etc to CRM
- Instruct your VA update CRM or AMS
