When it comes to collecting Dec Pages from your prospects it's important to make it easy and seamless for them.

With PolicyLink they have the ability to easily log into their current carrier and when they do it automatically sends the Policy Data to the assigned user in your agency as well as starting a Draft Risk Profile. But what happens if they do not have their login or their carrier is not listed?

PolicyLink Document Upload makes it easy for you to have one simple process in your agency.

Let's take a look at two scenarios where this could come into play.

Scenario #1: They do not have their carrier login information

If they do not have their login information for a carrier that is listed they can easily upload their Dec Page PDFs.

Step 1: Click on their current carrier

Step 2: Click on the Upload a Policy Document Option

Step 3a: Click on the Purple Dot with the Plus Symbol to choose the document

Step 3b: Drag and drop a document to upload it

Scenario #2: Their current carrier is not listed

Step 1: They search for their carrier and it’s not listed

Step 2: They click on the My Insurer Isn’t Listed buton

Step 3: They click on the Yes button

Step 4a: Click on the Purple Dot with the Plus Symbol to choose the document

Step 4b: Drag and drop a document to upload it
