Create an Opportunity from RiskAdvisor

AgencyZoom offers a feature known as Opportunities, designed to ensure you never miss a potential prospect, be it in the present or future.

This article will walk you through how to add an opportunity in AgencyZoom automatically without any extra work.

Step 1: Let's go to your Team Settings by clicking on your team name in the top right.

For the RiskAdvisor Carrier list, these are the carriers that we have in RiskAdvisor for prior carrier lists.

For the AgencyZoom Carrier list, these are the combined carrier lists in AgencyZoom for writing carriers and opportunity carriers.

These are all of the carriers that were a majority match

To match a new carrier, select a remaining carrier in RiskAdvisor and then select the appropriate matching carrier in AgencyZoom. Then click "ADD".

If there's not a match, you can select .Not Listed as the option.

If no carrier is selected, no carrier will be sent with the opportunity.

If you select an Auto Risk Profile, this is what you want to match it to in AgencyZoom.

If you select an Home Risk Profile, this is what you want to match it to in AgencyZoom.

If you select an Umbrella Risk Profile, this is what you want to match it to in AgencyZoom.

If you select the PAF Discount on the Home Risk Profile, this is what you want to match it to in AgencyZoom.

If you select the Boat Discount on the Home Risk Profile, this is what you want to match it to in AgencyZoom.

If you select the Life Discount on the Home Risk Profile, this is what you want to match it to in AgencyZoom.

If you select the Flood Discount on the Home Risk Profile, this is what you want to match it to in AgencyZoom.

Once you complete this section, please make sure to click save to make sure your work is saved.
